SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Area

We deliver to all member states of the European Union. The countries selectable during checkout are decisive.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge for you. No additional shipping costs apply. The final costs will be shown to you in the shopping cart before you complete your order.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 4-14 days from conclusion of the contract. Deviating delivery times are stated on the respective product page.

Your order is typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, processing begins on the next business day.

4. Partial Deliveries

Orders containing multiple items — in particular bundles — may arrive in separate shipments and at different times. This will not result in any additional costs to you.

5. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including tracking information, where available.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs fees, import VAT, and other charges may apply. These are to be borne by you as the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
